NOTE: Purity classification according to the genuine GIA scale, VS1-S1 purity practically means that only a trained professional can detect errors with the naked eye. Many Online Stores are full of merchants who carelessly raffle off the "VVS1" and similar completely misleading purities for their barely classifiable stones based on even the odd pictures. VVS1 means that even with a 10X loop it is very difficult for a professional to detect even the smallest flaw in the stone, even the size of a pinhead.
